1 Introduction:

DWP dynamic and static test system is applicable to the dynamic and static mechanical property tests of springs, metallic and non-metallic materials and small parts, including tensile, compression, torsion, low cycle and high cycle fatigue tests of materials and parts. High and low temperature boxes are equipped for high and low temperature mechanical tests.

The system adopts the development concept of "unitization, modularization and standardization", draws lessons from the core technology of electro-hydraulic servo dynamic testing machine, and is designed in combination with the actual use situation of domestic users. The system uses linear motor as the loading unit, which has the characteristics of low noise, high frequency response, very low energy consumption and maintenance free.

The whole system adopts electrical components without any oil to participate in the experiment, which greatly improves the stability of the equipment.

2 Scheme Description:

DWP dynamic and static test system is mainly composed of a host (upper servo linear actuator), locking indenter (sample tooling), driving module, full digital single channel servo controller, computer printer, relevant test software and other necessary accessories.

1. Main engine: the main engine is of frame structure, and the servo linear actuator is placed inside the main engine frame. It is mainly used in tension compression fatigue test of various micro parts, non-metallic materials, springs, etc. The manual cam mechanism is locked to facilitate the rapid clamping and positioning of the sample.

1.1. The main engine is of double column frame structure, and the outer surface is treated with hard chromium plating, with beautiful appearance and anti-corrosion ability;

1.2. the load sensor is installed on the lower end face of the actuator to measure the test load.

1.3.Sample clamping, beam movement and emergency stop buttons are designed in front of the main engine workbench to facilitate the operation of testers.

2. Full digital single channel servo controller:

2.1.. Number of control channels: 1, including one test force, one test displacement, one test deformation and one closed-loop control loop, with undisturbed and smooth switching function of control mode. The maximum refresh frequency of closed-loop control data is 2KHz; The resolution of controller a / D and D / A is 14 bits; Signal generation frequency range: 0.001Hz ~ 5KHz; Waveform of signal generator: sine wave, triangular wave, etc; The controller has limit parameter setting function and complete protection function. In addition to overload (110%) protection and secondary overcurrent protection, it also has arbitrarily set dynamic load upper and lower limit protection, static load upper and lower limit protection, frequency protection, etc.

2.2.. Servo dynamic testing machine (system) control software:

System management software: this software is the basis of the whole digital servo controller. Its main functions are to manage the hardware resources of the control system, define sensors, adjust digital control parameters, set protection, display the current control mode, hydraulic and function generator status and sensor calibration, and provide dual trace digital oscilloscope Function generator software: the software is mainly used for constant amplitude dynamic test, such as constant amplitude fatigue test, etc. The function generator software will automatically track and correct the peak and valley values of the control quantity (such as load) to ensure that during the whole test process, the typical dynamic error of each peak is ± 1% FS. During the test, the operator can dynamically change the peak, valley value and frequency, or manually or automatically maintain the signal. If the interval of automatic signal maintenance cycles is set, The software will automatically keep the signal at the set level every time the number of test cycles increases by one cycle interval, so as to facilitate the measurement of some test data (such as visual crack length). The optional waveforms of the software include sine wave, triangular wave, oblique wave, sawtooth wave, combined wave and combined oblique wave test. After the test, the software will save some important data, such as test load, frequency, number of cycles and test time. The software can also carry out simple static tests. Multifunctional test software: the software is a flexible and fully functional test software. Users can use it to design special test methods without programming. This software makes all kinds of control functions, data acquisition functions and other auxiliary functions of the servo controller on a panel in the form of icons. Users can drag and drop these function icons into the test definition panel with the mouse, and combine them at will according to user needs, so as to test according to the user-defined test method. The software can be used in random spectrum test.
